Privacy & Proxy Service Public Procedures
These procedures apply to Trustname-sponsored domain names using the Suggested Default Contact Proxy Service and/or the WHOISPPS Privacy Service. They are published to explain the providers' service terms and procedures for third-party reports, communications, termination, reveal/publication and support.
1. Providers and Roles

Privacy Provider: WHOIS Privacy Protection Service LLC - alternative reliable public contact and relay provider. Business contact: 9561 Satellite Boulevard, Suite 317-FKN1103319, Orlando, Florida 32837, USA; [email protected].
Registrar: Fewmoretaps OÜ d/b/a Trustname, Roseni tn 13, Tallinn 10111, Estonia. Trustname administers customer support and domain-level compliance workflows for registrations it sponsors.
2. Pricing
The Trustname customer price for the Proxy Service and second-layer Privacy Service is currently US$0 additional charge for eligible domain registrations unless a checkout or pricing page states otherwise.
3. Reporting Abuse
Reports concerning abuse of a protected domain should be submitted through Trustname's published or [email protected]. The report should identify the domain, describe the alleged conduct and provide evidence reasonably sufficient to investigate. DNS Abuse reports are handled under Trustname's Abuse Policy and applicable ICANN requirements.
4. Trademark and Other Rights Reports
Trademark, copyright and other rights complaints may be submitted through Trustname's published reporting channels. A complaint does not automatically establish infringement, require domain suspension or require disclosure of a P/P Customer. Trustname and the applicable provider will review the request according to the registrar's role, applicable dispute-resolution mechanisms, evidence supplied, applicable law and binding legal process.
5. Communications Relay
Privacy/proxy contact mechanisms are intended to permit legitimate communication concerning a domain while limiting unnecessary public exposure of underlying customer contact data. Appropriate communications may be relayed to Trustname and then to the relevant customer or recipient. Unsolicited commercial mail, bulk messages, malware, harassment, clearly irrelevant material and communications that abuse the relay may be filtered, rejected or discarded.
6. Termination or Removal of Service
A privacy/proxy layer may be removed or terminated if requested by the authorized customer; the registration becomes ineligible; required information is materially inaccurate and not corrected; an applicable agreement is materially breached; continued service would violate applicable law, ICANN policy or registry requirements; a binding legal obligation requires a change; the registration expires, transfers or is cancelled; or provider infrastructure is materially abused. Where practicable and legally permitted, notice and an opportunity to cure will be provided before non-urgent termination.
7. Reveal or Publication of Underlying Data
Underlying customer identity/contact data are not disclosed merely because a third party asks for them. Disclosure may occur when required by applicable law, binding legal process, applicable ICANN or registry policy, a binding dispute proceeding, or another lawful basis described in Trustname's Privacy Policy. For a Proxy Service, Perfect Privacy LLC may also disclose the licensee's current identity and contact information when it reasonably determines disclosure is necessary in response to reasonable evidence of actionable harm in order to address the liability framework applicable to a Registered Name Holder that licenses a domain to a third party.
8. Support
Customers obtain support through the Trustname Help Center and ticket system. Third parties should use Trustname's abuse, disclosure-request or contact mechanisms appropriate to the nature of the request. WHOISPPS does not hold end-customer personal registration data for the operation of its standard privacy layer and generally redirects requests for underlying registration data to Trustname.
9. Service Eligibility
Privacy/proxy services are available only for TLDs and registrations where the configuration is technically supported and permitted by registry policy, ICANN requirements and applicable law. Trustname may disable one or both layers for an ineligible TLD or registration.
